How to request deletion of your Wanted City account and its data.

How to request deletion

1. Email [email protected] with the subject “Account deletion request”.
2. Include the member number shown in the game's settings and how you sign in (Google, Apple, Toss or guest). Sending from your sign-in account's email address speeds up verification.
3. We verify your identity, delete the account within 10 days and confirm by email.

A guest account is tied only to your device, so your member number is required. Deleted accounts and items cannot be restored.

Data that is deleted

• Account data: member number, sign-in links, email address and display name
• Game data: nickname, characters, items and currency, islands and buildings, trade and play history

Data that is kept, and for how long

The following is kept separately for legal reasons or fraud prevention and then deleted:

• Payment, withdrawal and delivery records: 5 years (Korean Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce)
• Consumer complaint and dispute records: 3 years (same Act)
• Access logs (sign-in records, IP addresses): 3 months (Korean Protection of Communications Secrets Act)
• Fraud and sanction records: 1 year
